Coaching with Me

I coach mission-driven, executive leaders, entrepreneurs and their teams working to advance solutions in the spaces of environment, conservation, climate and oceans. My goal is to help you and your team overcome barriers, shift behaviors that no longer serve, and unlock your potential to accelerate your organization's impact in addressing climate change.

I bring 12 years of deep, professional coaching experience to serve climate leaders as well as experience as a Terra.do Climate Fellow. As a Fellow I spent three months learning the science, human impacts and solutions to climate change which solidified my commitment to supporting mission-driven leaders in climate.

My Approach

Science-based methods: I bring my fun, interactive toolkit of neuroscience-based coaching and management tools to help you unlock your leadership potential. My approach results in positive behavioral changes and tangible outcomes that will benefit you, your team and your organization.

Feminine Intuition: I utilize my intuitive wisdom as well as powerful guided visualizations in my sessions to help you bypass your "thinking" brain so you may uncover deeper insights to identify and overcome your leadership blocks.

Nature and the Environment: I integrate the use of natural spaces in my work through beach walks, time in nature and surfing for clients local to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Evaluation and Metrics: Before each engagement, we set and measure your goals together through a number rating system.  When our engagement is complete, we measure goals again to understand our progress.  Progress towards goals is checked periodically to ensure accountability and structure.
